Hey guys! It’s Valeria and Rachel here. Nuts About Greens is our food/recipe blog of all things vegan/vegetarian. We love trying new recipes and creating delicious foods that are healthy and satisfying. Basically, we are the biggest FOODIES. We love, breathe, and talk about food all day long. Kale smoothies, coconut oil, hummus, avocado, and dark chocolate are on the top of our list. We love trying new restaurants and are on the constant hunt for good, quality food. Also, we love to make decadent desserts without all the butter and sugar. Don’t get us wrong, we love sugar, but we are trying to make things with less sugar and go more natural. We know that when we eat more plant-based foods, we feel better and can therefore better accomplish all the things we want to do in life. Foods that are healthy CAN taste delicious and we are here to prove it!
